เมื่อวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2568 สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้า ฯ เสด็จพระราชดำเนินและพระราชทานรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรี ครั้งที่ 6 ปี 2568 ณ อาคารอิมแพ็ค ฟอรั่ม 2 เมืองทองธานี จังหวัดนนทบุรี 

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา โดยนางมาฆวดี สุมิตรเหมาะ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา พร้อมด้วยทีมประเทศไทย ข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูต และคู่สมรส และภาคเอกชนไทยในฟิลิปปินส์ได้เข้าเฝ้าทูลละอองพระบาท สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมี Atty. Amorsolo R. Camara, Jr., Director IV ผู้แทนกระทรวงศึกษาธิการฟิลิปปินส์ Mr. Sadat B. Minandang ครูฟิลิปปินส์ผู้ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรี ครั้งที่ 3 (ปี 2562) และ Mr. Jerwin O. Valencia ครูฟิลิปปินส์ผู้ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรี ครั้งที่ 5 (ปี 2566) เข้าร่วมด้วย 

ในโอกาสนี้ มีผู้ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรี ครั้งที่ 6 ปี 2568 จำนวน 14 ราย จาก 14 ประเทศ โดย Mrs. Lea Domingo ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา Uzon Elementary School จังหวัด Illocos Norte เป็นครูรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีประจำปี 2568 จากประเทศฟิลิปปินส์

On 15 October 2025, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided over the Awarding Ceremony of the 6th Princess Maha Chakri Award (PMCA) at IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, Thailand.

Her Excellency Mrs. Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines, together with Team Thailand, officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila and spouses, and representatives of the Thai private sector in the Philippines attended the ceremony virtually at the Ambassador’s Residence. The ceremony was also attended by representatives from the Philippines including Atty. Amorsolo R. Camara, Jr., Director IV, Department of Education (DepEd), Mr. Sadat B. Minandang, recipient of the 3rd Princess Maha Chakri Award, and Mr. Jerwin O. Valencia, recipient of the 5th Princess Maha Chakri Award.  

On this occasion, 14 recipients from 14 countries received the 6th Princess Maha Chakri Award. From the Philippines, Mrs. Lea Domingo, an elementary teacher from Uzon Elementary School, Baduang, Pagudpud, Illocos Norte, received the prestigious award from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

เนื่องในวันนวมินทรมหาราช 13 ตุลาคม 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา ได้จัดพิธีน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร โดยนางมาฆวดี สุมิตรเหมาะ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้วางพวงมาลาเบื้องหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และกล่าวน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณฯ ในนามข้าราชการและประชาชนชาวไทยที่พำนักในสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์และสาธารณรัฐปาเลา จากนั้น เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และผู้เข้าร่วมพิธีฯ ได้ยืนสงบนิ่งเป็นเวลา 89 วินาที เพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร โดยมีข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ทีมประเทศไทย พร้อมคู่สมรส เข้าร่วม

On the occasion of the Navamindra Maharaj Day on 13 October 2025, Her Excellency Mrs. Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines along with Embassy officials held a commemorative ceremony in remembrance of the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great at the Ambassador’s Residence. The ceremony included a wreath-laying ceremony followed by 89 seconds of silence in remembrance of His Majesty’s enduring legacy.

เมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา ร่วมกับองค์กรวัฒนธรรมไทย-ฟิลิปปินส์ (Philippine - Thai Cultural Organization: PTCO) และ Friends of Philippine General Hospital ได้จัดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาบำเพ็ญสาธารณประโยชน์เพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลเนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษาสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพระพันปีหลวง 12 สิงหาคม 2568 วันนวมินทรมหาราช 13 ตุลาคม 2568 และวันปิยมหาราช 23 ตุลาคม 2568 โดยได้บริจาคข้าวสารและของใช้ที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้ป่วยให้แก่โรงพยาบาล Philippine General Hospital จำนวน 12 หอผู้ป่วยใน 

ในโอกาสนี้ นางมาฆวดี สุมิตรเหมาะ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าสำนักงานทีมประเทศไทยในฟิลิปปินส์ ข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และคู่สมรส ได้มอบสิ่งของบริจาคให้แก่ Dr. Gerardo D. Legaspi ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาล Philippine General Hospital ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นการแสดงไมตรีจิตที่ดีของไทยในฐานะเพื่อนสมาชิกอาเซียนกับฟิลิปปินส์ อีกทั้งเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้สานสัมพันธ์และสร้างเครือข่ายกับกลุ่ม Friends of Thailand และผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาล Philippine General Hospital ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และทัศนคติที่ดีต่อประเทศไทย ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ในระดับประชาชนให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น

On 16 October 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila in partnership with the Philippine - Thai Cultural Organization (PTCO) and Friends of the Philippine General Hospital organized a social service activity under the “Royal Initiative Volunteers” program to celebrate the auspicious occasions of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on 12 August 2025, Navamindra Maharaj Day on 13 October 2025 in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day on 23 October 2025. The Royal Thai Embassy together with members of Team Thailand in the Philippines donated Thai Hom Mali Jasmine rice and essential medical products to the 12 wards of Philippine General Hospital.

On this occasion, H.E. Mrs. Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines together with members of Team Thailand in the Philippines, Embassy officials, and their spouses turned over the donation to Dr. Gerardo D. Legaspi, Director of the Philippine General Hospital. The social service activity under the “Royal Initiative Volunteers” aims promote the goodwill of Thailand to the Philippines as a fellow ASEAN member. The Royal Thai Embassy in Manila also takes this opportunity to strengthen partnerships with Friends of Thailand and the Philippine General Hospital which will foster closer ties between our two peoples.

เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพครบ 100 ปี พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรมหาอานันทมหิดล พระอัฐมรามาธิบดินทร 20 กันยายน 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา ได้จัดพิธีเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยนางมาฆวดี สุมิตรเหมาะ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา ได้วางพานพุ่มเพื่อถวายราชสักการะเบื้องหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมีข้าราชการหน่วยงานทีมประเทศไทย ณ กรุงมะนิลา เข้าร่วมด้วย

On the occasion of the 100th birthday anniversary of the Birth of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII on 20 September 2025, Her Excellency Mrs. Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines along with Embassy officials held a commemorative ceremony at the Ambassador’s Residence.
