On 18 July 2011, H.E. Prasas Prasasvinitchai, Ambassador of Thailand to the Philippines presided over an opening ceremony of Thailand Business Matching on Electric and Electronic Products at Dusit Thani Manila.

The business matching, organized by Thai Trade Center, Royal Thai Embassy, aimed to showcase high-quality electronic and electrical products from Thailand and to create an opportunity for Thailand-Philippine Business Corporation. Over 10 exporting companies came from Thailand and over than 60 Filipino companies participated in the event.
