Dear: All of Thai people
My name is?Poompong Hiranpruck but in Cebu they called me (JIM HIRANPRUCK) cuz of my nick name and it was easy for Philippino to call my name,?I am half Thai&Cebuano?but i was born?in Bangkok?and grown up there,?as?i came here to study for college, taking up Fine Arts major in Advertising. Like any outsider in a foreign country,I practically had a culture shock. Things were the exact opposite of what?i was accustomed to?my hometown in Bangkok, Thailand.?
I?came here in Cebu,Philippines since 1993 and went back to finish my Highschool and came back again 1995 for college.
I also could not speak English fluently, but?i managed to learn the language because of perseverance and the support of some of?my classmates.?
"I began to love Cebu "?but Thailand a lot?better"?not only because of the beaches but also because of the people here who are both humble and nice for Thai restaurant Business.
That's why me?and my family started to opend ?Krua Thai's stability in the local food business since 2000, and change the name to ROYAL KRUATHAI in 2008, i got 2 branches in SM MALL and BTC (Baniland Town Centre), and i was decided to opend another sister company call Mae Krua Thai Cuisine at Ramos street, Speacilly for Thai students cuz it' so affodable price and near their school, i've heard that we 've more and more Thai students study here around 180-200 students.
Anyway if you guys planing to visit here for your vacation, i can give information or if i've time am sure i can bring you guys around krab. i always base and work in?my?office at Markrua branch, 032-4163694.
