The Royal Thai Embassy in Manila and Team Thailand in the Philippines will organize The Thai Exotic Fruit Festival on Saturday, 22 May 2010 from 4:00 pm onwards at the Thai Ambassador?s Residence, 14 Jacaranda Road, North Forbes Park, Makati City.
This event gives an opportunity for our Filipino and foreign friends to savour and appreciate great tasting Thai fruits such as: durian, rambutan, longgan, guava, mangosteen, lanzones, pomelo, santol, custard apple and tamarind. This is a good chance? to taste and buy best quality fruits in season at? reasonable price. This event is also a relaxing time to enjoy several amazing health benefits of Thai fruits with the whole family.
Since this event is not organized for commercial purposes and because of the limited number of fruits, guests are requested to purchase not more than 5 kilos of all kinds of fruits per person, so as to give everybody a chance to enjoy Thai fruits.
Authentic Thai cuisine is also available for sale during the said event. These special Thai dishes are especially prepared by Thai chefs from participating Thai restaurants in Manila.
